want to add newly created lun to existing disk group. Oracle standalone server 11.2.0.4 using ASM

 Hi:

I have 2 new luns I have to add to existing diskgroups DATADG1 and RECOVERYDG1.

Here they are at the os level.

/dev/mapper

new:

brw-rw---- 1 oracle dba  253,  9 Aug 27 03:26 mpath9p1

brw-rw---- 1 oracle dba  253, 12 Sep 19 09:56 mpath10p1

Here are existing disk paths that do show up in asmca

existing:

brw-rw---- 1 oracle dba  253, 10 Nov 17 21:21 mpath5p1

brw-rw---- 1 oracle dba  253,  7 Nov 17 21:21 mpath4p1

You will see everything is setup the same.

In asmca my disk discovery path is : Disk Discovery Path: '/dev/mapper/mpath*'

when I right click and select 'add disk',  disks 9 and 10 are not available to select.
