Getting SBL-EAI-04381when upserting the record using webservice response

Hi,

We have a functionality where user inputs a unique Customer number(Social Security Number) on Siebel application and pressing the button triggers a outbound webservcie. As part of response to this webservice the external system return all the details(Personal information, Address information, benefits etc) of customer.

We are getting issues while upserting this response as we are getting below error:

For instance of Integration Component 'dwpPersonalAddress_IO', using user key '[Address Name] = "Residential 1-CB5N 01/01/1990 00:00:00" AND [Address Type] = "Residential" AND [Start Date] = "01/01/1990"', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.
