Trash ASM disk and Diskgroup

 Hello, what are the steps to trash existng ASM disk group in rac database running on windows 2003 R2,what are athe risk associated with it and how to avod risk and perform this task.
what are the  steps to drop asm disk  and then add new asm disk? how to mitigate risk if  any ?
