PAY: Can we send the SOE report (Statement of Earnings ) as an email attachment using Oracle Alerts?

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement to send the SOE report by email as an attachment or as a normal HTML mail. Currently we send the salary alerts using the Oracle Alert system, we have some scripts which get the required data for each employee after each payroll run every month and it is send to the employees by emails which are again selected from the employee tables. Instead of all these we now want to send the SOE report , which is a web based report generated , to the employee emails as an HTML attachment or as an HTML email
