Essbase Upgrade 9.3.1 to 11.1.2.3

Hi,

We want to upgrade our Essbase Cubes 9.3.1 version to latest version(11.1.2.3). and we are using only Hyperion Essbase for this and no other components are involved in the Process.

As per the Upgarde Path

First we need to upgarde to 9.3.1. version to 11.1.1.x and then 11.1.1.x to 11.1.2.3 version.

Is it possible to install 11.1.2.3 version in newer enviornment and moving the Essbase artifcats, Metadata and data into newer environment..

Note Here: No security setup is existed in the Older environment (9.3.1) and also in the latest release we are installing Essbase without Foundation Services. We are using Native Essbase Security Setup.No need to migrate the security to newer environment.
