PO Output for Communication

Hi,

I would like to know the logic behind "PO Output for Communication" program ie why it runs each time whenever any approver approves the PO. Is there any reason for running multiple time for each PO.

We have several companies using purchasing modules & enabling this option chocksup concurrent managers queue.
