Automatic Consumption of Ingredients

Hi Gurus,
I am stuck, I need to configure automatic consumtion of Ingredient to a Batch. Despite, Subinventory provided at each Ingredient line, the consumption type is 'Automatic', having sufficient quantity on hand but still unable to auto consume the ingredient as I release batch or release step.

Any Idea, anything missing?
