Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Drop Ship- Order line overshipped

Hi

Drop ship order has been created for which ordered qty is 37 but Supplier overshipped the quantity by 8 i.e. 45 qty.

The overshipped qty have been received.

Please suggest possible solution, do I need to create RMA, also if I need to create RTV?
