PO Last and Next Status as 400

Hi, we are facing a very odd issue with one of our POs. It is stuck in a stage where both last and next statuses are 400. Also, it shows as reserved by the user. User has logged out and logged in but no difference. Could you please look at the screenshots and suggest a solution for the same?

Also getting a reserved by error. Please refer the attached screenshots. We are using JDE Release 9.1.
