Enterprise Manager not working

  Hello All,

I  am having problem starting EM. It keeps failing with errors as shown below:

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.4.0

Starting Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control ............................................................................................. failed.

Logs are generated in directory /oracle/product/10.2.0/abcde_xyz/sysman/log

Logs gotten from the above emagent.trc is as shown below:
