LoadHier batch performance very poor due to reshapeArray utility taking too much time to complete in

Hi Experts,

In RPAS 13.2.2.26, LoadHier batch takes too much time (around 4Hrs) to complete. After looking in the log file I found reshapeArrays utility taking too much time to complete. Find the loadhier command details below and the area where reshapeArray is taking time.

I found there was an issue "LoadHier Performance is Extremely Poor When ReshapeArrays Invoked With -ForceNAConsistency Flag (Doc ID 978795.1)", which has been fixed in earlier version, whereas we are using 13.2.2.26. Can anybody faced this type of issue and resolved wthout applying new patch? Any help will be highly appreciable.

Running command : loadHier -d /rpas_data/rdf/domains/RDFcfg -load prod  -checkParents -logLoadedPositions -forceInputRollups -noClean -purgeBackups -forceNAConsistency -loglevel all
