Hi,
We have a running production 12.1.3 instance with FRENCH, GREEK, ITALIAN and POLISH installed.
We want to add Latin Serbian language.

We are following R12.1 : Oracle Applications NLS Release Notes, Release 12.1 (Doc ID 788053.1)
During patch 13498468 (Latin Serbian) installation, the process fails Performing version checking.

During patch 13498468 (Latin Serbian) installation, the process fails Performing version checking.

in the log file we can see many errors like :

Performing version checking...
AutoPatch error:
File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'ak forms/LSR AKDAPREG.fmb'

AutoPatch error:

'ak forms/LSR AKDATTRS.fmb'
