Hi EBS patching community,
I was going through patch readme of 17176017 and as per it we have to go through the instructions mentioned in 1450194.1.
As per 1450194.1 do we need to apply datafix or apply patch also ?
Does it means I have to apply patch 14466506 before applying 17176017 .can someone please confirm.
