Updated SCORM Adapters, but one user still getting old warning message

Hello,

We updated our SCORM adapters to the ones from this file, SCORM_Adapter_Java_plugin_121x.zip.  We have one user, who happens to be the senior manager responsible for training, who is getting the old warning message from the prior SCORM version.  I have attached a Word document that shows the previous warning message, and the new message from the updated SCORM adapters.

We think the problem is in her network ID, because of the following behaviour:

Her network login and her EBS account => old scorm message.

Her network login and a different EBS account => old scorm message.
