IS PL/JSON SUPPORTED ON ORACLE DB 11GR2?

Hello everyone, we want to implement JSON in our applications.  As far as we know there is going to be support for JSON in Oracle DB 12c.
We need to implement the use of PL/JSON so we can have a PL/SQL environment for JSON in our DB.

The question is : Is PL/JSON supported to be used in an Oracle DB 11.2.0.3 server?  If we can implement it, would it be easy to migrate it when we upgrade our DB to 12c?
