Project Costing: How to setup an Expenditure Type Capital or Expense or Reimbursable type

Dear All,

In Project Costing Module, we have setup projects as Capitallized, Reimbursable (Contract), and Expense types.  We have also defiened the Expenditure types.  Capital Projects can have charges for both CAPITAL Expenditure and EXPENSE Expenditure types.  Issue is, we cannot designate an Expenditure Type as Capital or Expense type.  Can anyone please help?
