Content Zone: Dropdown list does not show Create Punchout Content Zone or Create Transparent Punchou

I have to setup punchout and when I go to content zone. It is supposed to have following options:
. Create Local Content Zone
. Create Punchout Content Zone
. Create Transparent Punchout Content Zone
. Create Informational Content Zone

I can see only 'Create Local Content Zone'. Is there any setup required or it is bug for which we need any patch?

Any quick response would be very helpful.
