E1 Full Client with None Admin rights to the machine

Hi All

We have a need to install the E1 Full Production Client run on a few client workstations however we do not want to provide admin privileges to the business users that are going to be using the clients. They need this in order to make changes to Scheduler as the business manages their own scheduler jobs. I found a document om the KG Doc ID 656746.1 outlining the registry keys however that did not resolve the issue of not being a local admin.

Can you provide some information on how this can be done or a way for scheduler to fully function on the HTML client.
