Oracle On Demand - Self Service Portal Options

Our organization is using Oracle CRM On Demand to manage our clients as they participate in educationally related programs.  We are using a third-party vendor to provide what we call the “Self-Service Portal” (SSP).  The SSP allows our clients to logon to a secure password-protected website and view information on themselves and update some basic demographic data and submit documents required by our programs.  The information submitted by the client then is automatically fed into CRM to update their demographic data and add the submitted documents to their CRM record.  This vendor maintains a separate independent database with the client
