Pre-Approved Batches

My client only has about 20 people entering Timecards against Projects. Therefore, we have decided to use Pre-Approved Timecard Batches to capture project -related labor hours. However, the users want to enter the batches on a monthly basis and not on a weekly basis as is standard in Oracle Projects.

Is there a way to enter monthly rather than weekly Pre-Approved Timecard Expenditure Batches in the Oracle Projects Expenditures form?
