Not able to connect after moving to another system

Hello,

I have installed Oracle linux 5.4 in system A, i have movied the .vdi files from system A to B. Now the virtual box is working but i am not able to connect from my windos PC.

When i try to ping there liniux machine from insdie the box itself i am not able to ping it.

I am getting the following error: "connect: ntework is unreachable"
