Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. AR Credit Memo Approval Request

Hi Guys

I am trying to setup AR Credit Memo Approval.

So I am getting this error while testing " Unable to locate valid Collector-Inform System Administrator "

I did setup under ,,,, Receivables>Setup>Collections>Collectors , I did add name, description, Employee Name

So I don't understand why on the Workflow it cannot locate the Collector

Please assist
