Wrongly Typed LPN is accepted By the System and Created a New record in the system

 Hello,Wrongly Typed LPN is accepted By the System and Created a New record in the system. But system should not allow any other LPN.

Example 
1.Correct LPN 123456
2. Wrongly entered /23456

System will create a new LPN number /23456 with the Content records too. Please help to setup the system that will not allow the wrong LPN.
