Do we need to activate all Siebel Workflows after IRM execution in siebel 8.1.1.10

 Do we need to activate all Siebel Workflows after IRM execution in siebel 8.1.1.10
We have upgraded from siebel 8.1.1.1 to 8.1.1.10 & ran IRM.
Now Application is running fine
We didnt activate the workflows.
So,Please can someone suggest whether we need to activate all the siebel WorkFlows or not required ?
