Recommendation Required for Proactive Patching

Dear Community Members,

Our management wants to apply all the released patches pro-actively. Pro-active mean they want to apply patches onces thye are released instead of applying them issue by issue through Service Requests.

I want the recommendation in this regards from you experts of Oracle EBS.

 Currently we are working on R12.1.1

Your help will be appreciated in this regard.
