ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_SESSIONS_U1) violated

Hi,

In HRMS 11i after the latest JRE update (to 1.7.0_45) the users are getting errors when creating letters. The messages in bne.log:

11/19/13 9:34 AM ERROR          BneXMLComponent.getXML() Stack Trace:
oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneSQLException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_SESSIONS_U1) violated
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_INTEGRATION_UTILS", line 252
ORA-06512: at line 1


I found Bug 17532946 in MOS but I cannot access the post mentioned:
