Form personalization on contact center form

Hi,

While creating customer through contact center form, message is coming as "Created and saved customer XYZ with party number ABC". Can we change this message as per business needs through form personalization/setup?

Also can I change 'Caller Information' written on top of contact center form through form personalization?
