Spanish Payables Bills of Exchange Format (Promissory Notes) - FUTURE DATE PAYMENTS

 Hi,

I am trying to find an Oracle User Guide that describe the functionality available around 'Spanish Payables Bills of Exchange Format' (Promissory Notes) both from a transaction point of view, to reflect the accounting that takes place and the bill of exchange format that needs to be sent to the supplier.

Any ideas in which manual I can find this information?

Can this be implemented using Future Date Payments functionality?
