Reservation Quantity shows Zero

Hi,
Available Reservation Quantity shows zero in source organization
it is Lot controlled and Lot is active.
when ever try to receive the material it will lie into RCV_VIEW_INTERFACE_V table with below error

"Lot/Serial validation failed.  Please check log for details.
WMSINB-22192:Lot/Serial validation failed.  Please check log for details."

What might be reasons for Available Reservation Quantity
Please help on this.
