When a delegate does a report, it goes to the employee for approval and it should go to the manager.

When a delegate does a report, it goes to the employee for approval and it should go to the manager. We set it up that the individual does not need to approve the report when a delegate does their report. It is now going to the individual for approval. 


We have recently upgraded from Oracle EBS 12.0.6 to 12.1.3



Please help.
