Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Shipping Installed Base Trackable Items from Charges - How to restrict ?

Friends,

Today, Oracle Service Request Charges tab allows shipping anything to the customer.

Is there a way we can restrict shipping high cost products/instruments/IB trackable items from Charges Tab ?

Please let me know if this can be achieved by configuration.
