Can R51800 Profit Build and/or R51444 Create JE's be run in Foreign Currency?

My company used to run Revenue Recognition, followed by Profit Recognition for fixed price contracts.  Revenue recognition sent data through F4812, so currency codes were picked up and AA/CA ledger postings were occuring automatically.  Since my company has converted to 9.1, we went to strictly Profit Recognition on fixed price contracts.  Activity now posts only to AA ledger, with no transactions going through F4812.  Tests to send data through F4812 have met with no good success.  Support Lead pointed out that currency must be set to foreign to allow CA ledger population.  I can find no currency settings in R51800
