Worklist access TIP

Hello,

Using iProcurement and the Notifications page.  There shooul be a tip at the bottom of the Notification page but cannot see/reach it.  The tip allows to see the Worklist  link to allow another user to see users's notifications.

Need to know how to do it.

We are 11.5.10.2.
