When creating a new item, we get JBO-25058: Definition Itemtypemeaning of type Attribute not found i

First the page brings you to where it says:
You have encountered an unexpected error.  Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

You click for details and there is a lot of Java errors, but this looks to be the main part, the top line looks to repeat. 

I found metalink note that is similar to the error, this is, and it says to go for a patch, and the cause is unknown.  Pleas help!!  This only happens for certain items, not all of them, and the inventory item master setup looks to be the same.
