Running Reports10g : ORA-24324: service handle not initialized....

Hello,

I'm facing a trouble after the 10.1.2.3.0 patch (Note:1506026.1. [Patch 9593176]).

Our application was migrated from 6i to 10g and is not an Oracle ERP.

Currently we're doing testing of the migrated application and our current issue is about a report. When this report is executed from the Application an error message appears:

FRM-41214: Unable to run report. and immediatly another message is shown: <name> report running has failed (terminated_with_error) [controled by form trigger exception]

I tried to test the failed report directly in Reports Builder and I couldn't. I get this message from the Reports after compiling:

ORA-24324: service handle not initialized ==> select f.item_name,e.*
