Trying to import DELIVER from third party system into Oracle - how to handle unit of measure conver

Hello,

I'm trying to import RECEIPT/DELIVER transactions or sometimes only DELIVER transactions into Oracle. The primary UOM that I insert into the rcv_transactions_interface is different from the PO and the receipt. How can I convert it to match it with Oracle receipts? Must I create a new UOM conversion between the two? Instead of going to the Receiving Transactions and delivering all the transactions in Oracle, we are trying to import the DELIVER lines into Oracle from 3rd party after the receipt is created in Oracle.

Please advice as to how this is handled in Oracle?
