Upgrade repvfy fails

The upgrade of repvfy package failed with following error when i tried to upgrade to 2013.0822bash-3.2$ $ORACLE_BASE//emdiag/bin/repvfy -usr SYSMAN -pwd ********* -tns dbrep upgrade
