Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

EBS 11.5.10.2 sustaining support patch 10123716 running forever

Hi Support,
EBS 11.5.10.2 on Oracle Linux, 11.2 DB
Doc ID 1178133.1 instructs on how to install patch and check EBS 11.5.10.2 patch level for sustaining support.
Followed directions in doc, installed patch and started patch wizard job to check patches on my system.
Job has been running for 4 days and I can watch concurrent requests running. 
I check logs of each concurrent request and they seem OK except I get warning on print phase which is OK (output isn't printing).

Is this normal to take so long?  How can I check if it is OK?
