error opening TC in TDA

Hi,

We are using Foreign tables in JDE E1. When trying to open TC in TDA, get error message "selected input environment is not installed on this computer."OneWorld tables and view will not be available as input source for this conversion.".  I have verified the setup as per solution E1: TC: Preparing a Foreign Table Data Source For Table Conversion UBE(643298.1) and all looks good. Any suggestions on this would be of great help. Enterperprise server is on As400 and foreign tables are also on as400.
