Inconsistent Catalog View Error-Shipping Outbound

 Hi All, 

'Oracle Shipping outbound interface' is completing in warning and deliveries are not getting transmitted to OTM.

Below is the error message we are getting 'SQL Exception occured in method callDeliverySplitter method java.sql.SQLException: Internal Error: Inconsistent catalog view'.

Can you suggest on how to overcome this. This issue is happening for all the deliveries and there are no recent changes in the application.
