R12.1.3 - Can territories be cross operating unit?
I have multiple operating units; do the SERVICE territories need to be maintained in each operating unit or can I set it up one and Contact Center will ignore the operating unit and look at the service territory hierarchy?
I have another situation where I have locations in the "Canadian" operating unit where it looks like the group is not defaulting based on the territory setup. Canadian Territory lists the Province and Country and the group is defaulting to a territory which geo is based on zip.
If we need to maintain territories based on the operating unit, can I be pointed documentation to setup territories for multi operating units as only 1 operating unit appears in the LOV.
