Options not getting included in Revenue on Sales Workbench

I have 2 lots where the option total is not calculating into the revenue on the Sales Workbench.   One thing to note the Option Type has not been used on any other project. The option type and community combination does not exist yet in Option Master but I don't want to just add without confirming that is the issue. Some guidance from the community will be appreciated. Thanks.
