OTL: Employee Start Date not a Monday - OTL/PA is being affected
Hi
Normally all our employees have an effective start date on a Monday; however we have discovered that if we have an employee that starts on any other day excluding Monday we are having issues within OTL and interface to PA module.
The OTL Time Capture/Timesheet upload successfully into Payroll however when we import the costs/times across to PA module the PRC:Transaction Import is successfull however the Labour Costing is incorrect.
i am unsure if this is a restriction within HR module or PA module.
Please advise as i am not an exprt within HR/Payroll/OTL modules.
