Add fields in Search for Loans module

Hi All,

When creating a loan in loans module, there is field which the user can enter which is the purpose of the loan. (Screen shot 1)

Now when going into advanced search to query the loans for a particular purpose, there is no field called Purpose to add to the search criteria (Screen shot 2). Is there any way to add this field in the search criteria without doing a major customization?

Also would like to add some columns in the search results for example purpose itself so that it can be exported to excel for reporting purpose. (Screen shot 3). Is there any way to add fields as columns in the search results without doing any major customization?
