output format issue

Hi All,

There is a requirement where top most column should me merged in to single column after pivoting.
But we are getting an output without merging see. We tried in editing the RTF file but we are unable to reach the requirement.

Try to help in getting the solution. It is a road blocker.

please find the attachments "present output.jpg" & "required output.xls"

I need the top most column "Sell Thru Qty" & "Run Rate" has to be merged in to single column as shown in the expected output.

i.e. all n number of "sell thru qty" label  as one label.
