How to define the Modifier for Freqq Quantity in Two Decimal value

Hi,
Any one help this issue,

We define the modifier for free quantity, System will calculate the and generate the new line in sales order for free quantity but this free quantity alway comes in rounded off, we need to generate this free quantity in Two Decimal value.
