Business Group Info

While  setting up the business group info for a business group ,i am getting the following error.

APP-PAY-06153:System Error:Procedure hr_organization.insert_bus_grp_details at step9.

Cause: The procedure hr_organization.insert_bus_grp_details has created an error at step9.

Action:Contact your system  administrator  quoting procedure hr_organization.insert_bus_grp_details and step 9.

Need help urgently. Can anyone help me out?
