Not able to see the attachment on a notification

Hi All,

I have an issue where in the attachment is not seen on a notification for approval in i-Expense.

A user has created an expense report with 2 lines. Line 1 has an attachment. Line 2 has the second attachment. The 2 line is split into 2.1 and 2.2.

The user has then send it for approval to his Manager. (We are using AME for iExpense approvals).

The manager is able to see only one attachment for line 1 and no attachment for line 2.

When checking the iExpense report using Internet Expense Audit Manager responsibility, the 2 attachments can be seen.

Have anyone come across with such an issue before and if so what did you do to solve it.
