Close Manager Integration with ARM

Hello!

A question about Close manager and ARM integration:

Since account reconciliation is part of the month end close process, often, there may be duplicate tasks/profiles in both modules.  

Instead of having the same user goes to both modules and perform the same tasks/profiles, what will be the best practice around it?

Is auto task available in Close manager for ARM (version 11.1.2.3)?
