Report Sales order acknowledgment is printing output twice

 Hi ,
Can some please help me on the below issue.Report Sales order acknowledgment  is printing output twice we know the reason but unable to fix it.

We have a custom report sales order acknowledgement report. When we pass email id in one of the parameter of  the sales order acknw report ,the report calls another custom report xml publisher to generate a pdf report and send  pdf output to the email id .

Before submitting report we have a tab 'Option ' here we are passing printer name as 'No Print' and no.of copies as '0' but the xml report publisher report taking  is no. of Copies as '1' instead of '0'.
